A tricky loft, awkward access or a board that has to move is our problem to plan for, not yours to pay for - we never raise a price we have agreed. If a survey turns up something very different from what you entered, we talk it through honestly. Plaster make-good and decoration are NOT included - we recommend a decorator and will coordinate.
